So sue me if I've gone to borrow a whole stack of books ( two vampire novels, one gritty surrealist novel) instead of studying dilligently like a good triple science student.
But come on, Anne Rice is writing about
Armand!
I always wanted to know why he went to join those religiously psycho vampires in their covens.
And I also wanted to know how the hell he managed to return to normal afterwards.
Marius was delightfully vague in that.
In Blood and Gold, Armand/Amadeo (I actually like the name Amadeo, it sounds so foreign) was suddenly back with Marius and Pandora, and they never stated why. It's like another taken for granted thing.
It was terrible to read through the beginning chapters of Armand's life.
Mainly cause he's only fifteen, and childish.
or maybe cause he's having sex everywhereEither way, it's been nice so far though.
And Hetalia has a new episode.
Once I'm done here, I'll go watch it.
Hero still has no updates.
I wonder what is it with the really good web comics that leads to them having updates that come in what feels like once in a millennia.
If you don't know what Hero is, you have been deprived of the best web comic ever.
And I'm not particularly kidding either.
Here's a
link for you to follow if you're interested.
It's not like most web comics either,
it has a more complex plot in there than the norm,
and it's a lot more thoughtful and musing than the usual.
It's less plot, and more think.
Highly unsuitable for people with an attention-span like mine,
but I like the things that they say and think about,
and I still like to read it through anyway.
It is only 232 pages at last count, and the art is pretty good.
I need to resume reading now.
I want to start on Murakami by tomorrow.
